The MACH ONE® team recently completed a flooring project at the Mathews Museum in Mathews, VA. This historic space—over 100 years old—has evolved over time, once operating as a gas station and later a bowling alley before becoming the museum it is today. To honor and preserve this rich history, the museum board needed a durable, long-lasting, and low-maintenance flooring solution suitable for exhibit use.
After extensive surface preparation, our team installed an epoxy flake flooring system. The board selected a 1/4″ Stoney Creek flake blend for its durability, slip resistance, and timeless aesthetic. The transformation was striking, and the board was extremely pleased with the finished result.
