If you’re in the market for an epoxy treatment, I would highly recommend Mach One for whatever your needs are! They were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and easily explained everything about the process. If you’ve ever hired a contractor, you know how infuriating it can be when the contractor’s don’t arrive on time and don’t communicate what’s happening, where they are, or what they’re doing. That is not the case with Mach One. They were extremely prompt arriving exactly on time and were extremely communicative during the whole job so there was no doubt about what was happening. I had the misfortune of originally hiring a competing company that did a horrible job on my garage floor and refused to fix it, so not only did Mach One do a great job installing their own product they fixed another company’s problem as well. I can’t say enough good things about my experience. You can’t go wrong by hiring them.

Daniel and Maria at Mach One Epoxy Floors of Norfolk did a phenomenal job on the kitchen floor at my restaurant on the Outer Banks. They perfectly assessed the issues with the poorly installed floor from 2024, ground through 2 layers of prior epoxy finish and flawlessly installed the new floor. They were professional, courteous and on point from start to finish. I would gladly give them 10 stars for their willingness to accelerate the install and work around the forecast-ed blizzard conditions this weekend allowing us to stay on deadline for the renovation and making to possible for us to be open for Valentines Day weekend. I highly recommend Mach One and count myself as a customer for life!
