Mach One was great to deal with! They responded quickly, gave me a very competitive quote, scheduled service quickly, and performed the work around our schedule. They even came back to fix some issues caused by people walking through uncured epoxy - certainly not their fault, but they fixed it anyway. Just all around good people, and I will gladly work with them again if given the opportunity!

Johnny was phenomenal. I requested a quote from a couple of places and interacting with him was like a dream from beginning to end. He was quick to respond and easy to deal with. Gave me a competitive quote and I signed the contract before the others even responded. Scheduling was easy and when it was time to do the work, he was excellent in communicating. I left the garage open for him and he finished the floor in less than two days and it looks beautiful. I was at work both days and didn't even get to see him. Well I am sorry I don't have any before pictures but trust me when I tell you that my garage floor was a mess. It was stained with oil, had hairline cracks and was very very dirty. MACH ONE Epoxy Floors came in and using a heavy duty grinder repaired and removed all of that. My new floor is super tough and heavy duty and I clean it with my wife's Swiffer. It is very nice to look at and be in and now instead of a garage for a car (which of course it still is) I can use it as a comfortable work space or to exercise in. And it was VERY affordable for a forever floor. The folks at veteran owned MACH ONE Epoxy Floors of Natick are a team with integrity and do what they say in the time they say. I highly recommend you turn your old ugly floor into a beautiful space.
