The owner of this 2,200-square-foot workshop needed a floor that could handle just about anything thrown at it—and this system delivered. We installed a double-broadcast quartz flooring system, one of the toughest and most durable industrial floors available.
After diamond grinding the concrete, we applied a 100% solids epoxy and fully broadcast a custom tan and blue 40S quartz blend to rejection. A second 100% solids clear epoxy body coat followed, topped with another full quartz broadcast to build maximum thickness and strength. The system was finished with an ultra–high-build polyaspartic topcoat and a light broadcast of aluminum oxide for enhanced slip resistance and long-term durability.
In total, nearly 2,000 pounds of quartz sand went into this floor—built to perform under heavy use for years to come.
