MACH ONE Houston – The Woodlands installed an epoxy flake floor in a three-car garage for a homeowner in The Woodlands, TX. Our crew diamond ground the concrete with aggressive 16-grit tooling to open the pores and create a deep profile for maximum adhesion. We then applied a slate gray moisture-tolerant epoxy base with a full broadcast of 1/4″ Nightfall vinyl flake. After scraping the flake for a smooth texture, we added a high-build polyaspartic topcoat, followed by a chemical-resistant urethane topcoat with 60-grit polypropylene aggregate for extra traction and protection against the homeowner’s sports car tires.
