This garage floor had unsightly tire marks and oil stains from years of heavy use. To restore it, we began by diamond grinding the concrete to remove contaminants and open the pores. Next, we applied a high-performance moisture-wicking epoxy in Cottonwood color, followed by broadcasting Saddle Tan 1/4″ flakes into the epoxy. After curing, we applied a durable ultra-high solids polyaspartic clear coat, topped off with a chemical-resistant urethane finish for extra protection, ensuring the floor could withstand the weight and demands of the customer’s high-performance sports cars.
