This project involved removing and replacing approximately 300 linear feet of expansion joint fillers for a driveway, sidewalk, and patio. We began by removing the old filler, then thoroughly cleaned the joints using vacuums and wire wheels to eliminate dirt and debris. After adding a backer rod and sand, we carefully taped the joints for preparation. Finally, we applied Sikaflex self-leveling joint filler and sprinkled tan sand on top to seamlessly blend it with the existing concrete.
