This project involved a 602-square-foot basement that required specialized flooring due to moisture issues. To address this, we applied a moisture vapor barrier as the first coat, ensuring protection against up to 15 pounds of vapor pressure. The customer requested a custom-designed flake pattern, which was incorporated into the flooring for a personalized touch. The final step was the application of a polyaspartic clear coat, providing a durable, long-lasting finish that enhances both the appearance and functionality of the space.
