Epoxy Flake Flooring for Homeowner Garage in Erin, TN Pt. 1

For this 900 sq. ft. garage shop, our team tackled a challenging surface with soft concrete that required thorough grinding and crack repair to ensure a solid foundation for the new flooring.

We applied 4195 Black as the base coat, followed by 5085 Polyaspartic, for superior durability and a seamless finish. To give the space a bold, custom touch, we incorporated a custom flake blend inspired by the client’s favorite football team – the Kansas City Chiefs.

Due to the size of the project, we completed the installation in two sessions of 450 sq. ft. each, ensuring optimal adhesion and curing between applications. The result? A stunning, high-performance epoxy floor that’s built to last and showcases the owner’s team pride!
