Due to poor initial preparation and substandard materials, the entire patio floor had to be removed and replaced. A brand-new surface was installed over freshly ground concrete. With no feasible access for heavy equipment, the crew meticulously removed the failing floor by hand, using precision tools to grind and prepare the surface for the new installation.
This patio is a daily retreat for the homeowner, who requested a smooth finish suitable for bare feet. Extra attention was given during both surface preparation and flake application to ensure a smooth, long-lasting, and durable finish.
