We applied a Cottonwood pigmented epoxy base coat, topped with a 1/4” Cookie flake for texture and design, and finished with a clear polyaspartic top coat for long-lasting durability and shine.
Goal:

Surface Preparation:
We mechanically ground the surface to eliminate contaminants and create an ideal bonding profile for the epoxy system. All cracks and imperfections were repaired prior to the base coat application, ensuring a flawless, even finish.
Special Features:
The coating was extended onto the stem walls, stairs, and three inches beyond the garage threshold. This added detail enhances the visual appeal and delivers a seamless, polished look—even when the garage doors are closed.
